Eligibility Criteria:
- PT Instructor:
  - Must have completed a PT Course from the School of Physical Training.
  - Experience as a PTI in a Military Institution/Cadet College.
- Drill Instructor:
  - Must have completed a Drill Course from PMA (Pakistan Military Academy).
  - Experience as a Drill Instructor in a Military Institution/Cadet College.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Other Requirements: Good service record, medically fit.
