1. General Manager, Infrastructure & Planning
Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil works implementation, environmental/social safeguards, asset management, and infrastructure planning.

Oversee construction quality, safety, and contractor performance for BRT corridors.

Ensure compliance with international best practices and FIDIC contracts.

Manage multidisciplinary teams and long-term maintenance strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s in Civil/Transport Engineering, Construction Management (Master’s preferred).

Certification: FIDIC contract administration training (advantageous).

Experience:

15+ years total, including 5+ years in senior management (e.g., Director/GM).

5+ years in large urban infrastructure/road projects.

2. General Manager, Operations
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee BRT Red Line operations (vehicle maintenance, station management, ITS, fare collection).

Manage biogas plant project delivery and performance-based contracts.

Develop KPIs, resolve operational issues, and lead teams.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Civil/Transport Engineering (Master’s/ITS/IOT diplomas preferred).
