Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience

Law Graduate from a recognized university.

Two years of legal practice (practical experience required).

Experience Certificate: Must show exact dates, be issued by the President District Bar Association, countersigned by the District/Sessions Judge, and include the Punjab Bar Council Enrollment Certificate.

In-Service Candidates (Punjab Police):

Exempt from 2-year legal practice requirement.

Must have 5 years of service in Punjab Police after Law Graduation.

Selection Process
1. Written Examination (Two Phases)

Phase-I (MCQs – Paper 3):
-
Subjects: Pakistan Penal Code (1860), CrPC (1898), Qanun-e-Shahadat (1984), Anti-Rape Act (2021).

40% passing marks (40/100).
-
Negative marking: 0.25 deduction per wrong answer.

Phase-II (Subjective – Papers 1 & 2):

English Essay (50 marks).

Urdu Essay (50 marks).

2. Viva Voce + Psychological Assessment (150 marks)

Aggregate Requirement: 50% (100/200 in written) + 50% (75/150 in interview).

Final Merit: 1:5 ratio (candidates per post).
