Job Opportunities at PHIMC

1. Director Communication (1 Position)

  • Qualification:
    • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Administration (with specialization in Marketing), or MBA (with specialization in Marketing) from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 08 years of experience as Manager Communication in a reputable public/private sector organization, with at least 02 years as a head of department/functional head.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.

2. Director Legal (1 Position)

  • Qualification:
    • LLB (Bachelor of Laws). Preference for LLM (Master of Laws) from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 08 years of relevant experience, with at least 02 years as a head of department/functional head. Preference for experience in health sector legal matters.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.

3. Director Empanelment & Enrolment (1 Position)

  • Qualification:
    • MBBS with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration from an HEC/PMDC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 08 years of experience in hospital operations management or empanelment with insurance companies/organizations in health delivery services, with at least 02 years as a head of department/functional head.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 62 years.

4. Manager Legal (1 Position)

  • Qualification:
    • LLB (Bachelor of Laws). Preference for LLM (Master of Laws) from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 05 years of experience in public/private sector organizations. Preference for experience in legal matters related to public/private sector companies/corporations.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.

5. Deputy Manager Administration (1 Position)

  • Qualification:
    • 16 years of formal education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, or Administrative Sciences from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in public/private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.

6. Deputy Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (1 Position)

  • Qualification:
    • 16 years of formal education in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, Anthropology, Project Management, Economics, Sociology, Social Work, Rural/Urban Studies, Business Administration, or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 02 years of experience in public/private sector organizations. Preference for experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of health-related programs.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.

7. Assistant Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (3 Positions)

  • Qualification:
    • 16 years of formal education in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, Anthropology, Project Management, Economics, Sociology, Social Work, Rural/Urban Studies, Business Administration, or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institute.
  • Experience:
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.

8. Assistant Manager Communication (Digital Media) (1 Position)

  • Qualification:
    • 16 years of formal education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or Business Administration (with specialization in Marketing) from an HEC-recognized institute.
