District Manager Job Description – Punjab Socio Economic Registry (PSER) 2025
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2nd class MA/MSc from HEC-recognized institutes.
- Proficiency in using IT equipment (Computer/Tablets).
- Preference given to candidates with 5+ years of experience in tablet-based/Android surveys.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Tehsil Supervisors, Trainers, and Enumerators.
- Ensure seamless coordination between field staff and survey teams.
- Oversee training sessions to ensure staff proficiency in IT equipment.
- Monitor data accuracy and compliance with survey guidelines.
- Review and verify collected data for completeness and correctness.
- Implement corrective measures for data collection errors.
- Act as a liaison between Tehsil Supervisors, Regional Coordinators, BOS, and Head Office.
- Resolve operational challenges faced by field teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of survey activities across the district.
- Prepare and submit progress reports on survey activities.
- Maintain records of fieldwork, staff performance, and challenges.
Degree Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons) – 16 years of education in any discipline.
Required Skills:
- Strong computer literacy and IT proficiency.
