2. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit (as on the closing date for application):

  • Male: 18 to 25 years + 5 years general relaxation = 30 years

  • Female: 18 to 25 years + 8 years general relaxation = 33 years

  • Transgender: Age and sex will be determined as per their CNIC.

• Gender: Male, Female, and Transgender are eligible.

• Domicile: Must be of District Sahiwal Only.

• Place of Posting: Successful candidates will be posted within District Sahiwal.

3. Required Qualification & Experience

• Academic Qualification:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC / Intermediate) with 2nd Division from a recognized Board.

• Technical/Computer Skills:

  • Typing speed of 25 Words Per Minute (WPM) in English on a computer.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (or a compatible office application) and be able to demonstrate this proficiency.

4. Selection Process

The selection will be a two-stage process:

1. Stage 1: Written Test (MCQ Type)

   • Type: One paper of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

   • Total Marks: 100

   • Duration: 90 minutes

   • Syllabus:

     • General Ability (80% of the paper): General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General Knowledge for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science.

     • Computer Skills (20% of the paper): Questions relating to M.S. Office and general computer skills.

2. Stage 2: Typing/Proficiency Test

   • Only those candidates who qualify (pass) the Written Test will be called for the Typing and Computer Proficiency test.

5. Important Note for Children of BOR Employees

• There are 4 posts reserved specifically for the children of government employees of the Board of Revenue.

• Eligible Parents: Employees in BS-1 to BS-5, Junior Clerk (BS-11), and Patwari (BS-09) who are either currently serving or have retired from the BOR department.

• If no suitable candidate is found from this reserved quota, these posts will be converted and filled through direct recruitment on an open merit basis.

In short: This is a recruitment for 11th-grade clerical positions in Sahiwal. You need to be a local of Sahiwal district, have an Intermediate degree, and pass a written test followed by a computer skills test to be eligible.
