Key Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or Project Management (specialization in Hydrography/Dredging preferred).

Experience:
-
15-20 years in dredging/hydrography/maritime projects (3-5 years in a C-level role).

Proven leadership in high-value public sector maritime projects.
-
Strong knowledge of government procurement/contracting rules.

Expertise in shipping operations, fleet management, and government liaison.
