Preferred Experience/Skills:                                                                                                                      Management Executive (OFT/C&TA/ Law, Econo Exemptions)
The candidate should be able to :-
i. Gather, analyze and process market structure, market dynamics of various sectors of economy.
ii. Conduct enquiries and has understanding on modes of collecting and analyzing information.
iii. Assist in drafting enquiry reports on cartel behaviours / deceptive marketing.
iv. Manage effective correspondence with stakeholders.
v. Hands on experience of analytical tools like Business Objects, PowerBI and Tabaleu etc. will be an added advantage.
vi. Maintain in office records the case documentation, evidences gathered from different mediums and sources. Subsequently update these till the conclusion.
vii.Willing to travel across Pakistan for enquiries.
Candidates with experience in conducting special audits or inquiries, will be given preference. Similarly law graduates with experience in handling corporate cases will also be given preference for this position. Management Executive(Mergers and acquisition)
i. Have good understanding on corporate laws and financial reporting frameworks.
ii. Ability to review relevant Share, Purchase Agreements and analyze corporate capital structures pre/post M&A
iii. Understanding of PSX disclosures requirements of listing companies for M&A transactions.
iv. Ability to analyze the financial and non-financial information for M&A and prepare reports for senior management.
v. Hands on experience in M&A including sell-side or buy-side due diligence and will be an added advantage. Management Executive
Candidate must be able to draft legal documents/instruments, conduct legal research, and represent the organization in various judicial forums. The ideal candidate should have a solid
understanding of legal principles, excellent research and analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.                                                                                                                              Management Executive (Networks)
Candidate must possess experience of Routers / Switches / Access Points, TMG/Exchange Server, Domain Controller (DHCP Active Directory and DNS), VPN configurations, intrusion detection systems and Firewall Configurations. Must be able to manage the acquisition, maintenance and performance of the LAN / WAN / VPN with support to end users and video conferencing systems. Candidates with CCNA and CCNP certification will be preferred.

• General age relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit would be granted as admissible under the rules.
After completion of two years of satisfactory performance, contract may be extended.
• Candidates who try to exercise undue influence during the selection process will be disqualified immediately.
