Criteria / Required Qualification and Experience

MBBS with Post graduate qualification in Public Health recognized by PMC. At least 7 years experience working in public health. minimum 3 years’ of working in programmatic management of TB and DRTB including policy development, planning & monitoring shall be preferred. Good knowledge of WHO recommended strategies for diagnosis and treatment of drug-resistant TB. Candidates having clinical experience of management of Tuberculosis will be preferred. Computer skills particular working on MS Office are mandatory. Data management, analysis, presentation, report writing along with good communication skills, both written and verbal are highly desired. Max Age 50 years. 2. M&E Manager – TB MBBS with Masters in Public Health from HEC recognized University. Minimum 5 Years working experience in Public Health Programs with 3 years working experience on a Managerial role. Candidates with experience in TB programe will be preferred. Sound knowledge of WHO Monitoring tools/indictors, strategies and guideline. Familiarity with public health systems, disease surveillance networks, and reporting mechanisms, data analysis, and interpretation with analytical, problem-solving skills. Excellent report writing, effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders with strong organizational and project management abilities is required. MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health from HEC recognized university. Minimum 6 years’ experience of monitoring and evaluation in Public Health programs. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in working in HIV control program. Age limit: 50 Years.
