Main Duties/ Responsibilities.
To prepare and manage various HR reports related to headcount budgeting, planning, hiring, etc.
To prepare and manage hiring dashboards and visualizations
To assist in devising workforce trends, workforce planning, turnover rates, recruitment metrics, annual budgeting exercise and performance data to identify actionable insights
To present data findings related to hiring and headcount to HR management and support business partnering team
To manage employee data collection and ensure accuracy and reliability
• To collaborate with different groups/divisions to integrate data from various sources To identify opportunities for process improvement within HR analytics and reporting To act as liaison between HR and other departments to align data and support HRBPs in their operational & strategic role
To keep the record of all hiring and headcount / budget tracking
To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Employment Type
The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
