Education:

Minimum 18 years of education in ICT (Information & Communication Technology) from an HEC-recognized institution.

Foreign degrees will be preferred.
Experience:

At least 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale ICT development initiatives.

Minimum 2 years in ICT policy formulation.

Strong understanding of government processes.

Proven leadership in managing ICT organizations (public/private sector).
Key Competencies:
