Project Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU-ITBMS)
Vacancy Announcement

The LG&CD Department seeks professionals for performance-based contracts (until June 2027, extendable) under the IT-Based Monitoring System Project to digitize local government functions (e.g., sanitation, HRMIS, financial management).

Available Positions

  1. Project Coordinator

    • Posts: 1

    • Qualification: Minimum 16 years’ education in Finance/Business Administration/Social Sciences/Computer Sciences (HEC-recognized).

    • Experience: 2+ years in software project support; local government experience (budgeting, OSR, asset management) preferred.

    • Age Limit: 45 years

  2. Database Administrator

    • Posts: 1

    • Qualification: 16 years’ education in Computer Science/IT (HEC-recognized).

    • Experience: 2+ years in MySQL database management; public/private sector experience. Local government exposure preferred.

    • Age Limit: 45 years

  3. Mobile Application Developer

    • Posts: 1

    • Qualification: 16 years’ education in Computer Science/IT (HEC-recognized).

    • Experience: 3+ years in software development; communication skills required. Local government experience preferred.
