1. DIRECTOR (ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY & PLANNING)
Key Focus: Policy formulation, strategic planning, and advisory role for environmental management.
Responsibilities:
-
Draft environmental policies/plans for approval.
-
Advise EPCCD on environmental vision, initiatives, and sustainable development.
-
Translate environmental sector vision into actionable plans/programs.
-
Monitor and recommend adjustments to environmental policies.
-
Prepare policy briefs, fact sheets, and decision-making materials.
Qualifications:

Degree Level: Doctorate/MS/M.Phil/18–20 years of education.

Degree Area: Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering.
2. DIRECTOR (PROGRAMMES)
Key Focus: Program/project development and execution for environmental management.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement environmental programs/projects.
-
Manage end-to-end project development (PC-I/PC-II preparation).

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and development agencies (national/international).
Qualifications:

Degree Level: Doctorate/MS/M.Phil/18–20 years of education.

Degree Area: Project Management, Environmental Sciences/Engineering.
3. DIRECTOR (ADMIN, FINANCE & PROCUREMENT)
Key Focus: Administrative, financial, and procurement oversight for projects.
Responsibilities:

Handle HR/admin tasks and act as Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO).

Prepare budgets, reconcile accounts, and liaise with finance departments/development partners (e.g., World Bank, ADB).

Manage procurement per PPRA rules, draft specifications, and monitor contracts.
Qualifications:

Degree Level: MS/M.Phil/Masters/Bachelors (16–18 years of education).

Degree Area: Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Management
