(PMDC/PMC recognized).For Medicine/Nephrology/Neurosurgery: – MBBS + FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCP/MD or equivalent in the relevant specialty. – For Nephrology/Neurosurgery: If no specialist available, MBBS + FCPS/MS in General Surgery/Medicine + 3 years post-grad experience in the specialty.
Experience	Option 1: 3 years as Associate Professor + total ≥8 years as Asst/Assoc Professor. Option 2: 9 years as Assistant Professor + 5 research papers in PMDC-recognized journals. (For Nephrology: 2 papers required if applying as Assoc Prof)
