Key Responsibilities
Technical Duties

IT Infrastructure Management:

Troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners) and software issues.

Install/configure software and ensure network connectivity.

Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with external vendors for support.

System Efficiency:

Optimize software/hardware configurations for operational efficiency.
